01 · Our Principles
We stand behind the quality of every service, garment, and experience we offer. If something is not right, we want to know and will work to make it right. This policy sets out the specific terms for each area of our business.
02 · Hair Services
- A $50 deposit is required at booking. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable once to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Once a service has been completed, refunds are not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 7 days and we will offer a complimentary adjustment appointment.
- Adjustments do not include full re-dos or changes of style beyond what was originally agreed.
03 · Event Tickets
To request a ticket refund or transfer, email care@bgeecrown.com.au with your booking reference.
04 · Garments & Accessories
- Ready-to-wear garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend tracked shipping — we cannot process returns for items lost in transit.
- Earrings and hair accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
05 · Sale & Bespoke Items
Items purchased at 30% or more discount, and all made-to-order or bespoke garments, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
06 · How to Request a Refund
Email care@bgeecrown.com.au with:
- Your order or booking reference number
- The reason for your request
- Photos of the item if relevant (for garment returns or faulty goods)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
07 · Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our policy terms. For more information, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
